Coconut coir blocks are 11 lbs (5 kg) in weight and OMRI organic certified. The blocks are dried, compressed, and need to be re-hydrated or broken apart prior to use. One 11lb (5 kg) block has the ability to hold over 6 gallons (22.7 liters) of water and expand up to 2.5 cu. ft. (18.7 gallons) after hydration.

How To Use
Step 1 - Place 1 block in a 18 gallon container.
Step 2 - Add 7.85 gallons of water to the product.
Step 3 - Wait 10 - 15 minutes for the Coco Coir to expand.
Step 4 - Break the coir block by hand so it is easy to use.
